Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

One Kilo Coffee Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically at the delivery frequency selected when ordering. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance - or until you cancel your subscription.

You can manage, pause, skip or cancel your subscription through your One Kilo customer account. Cancellations stop future subscription billing and deliveries. Orders that have already been processed may not be able to be cancelled.

Subscription pricing, discounts and shipping charges are shown at the time of purchase and apply to recurring orders unless otherwise advised.
